日本での臨床開発のリーダーとして，臨床に関する事項について責任を負い，社内外のステークスホルダーと協働し，医学的，科学的根拠並びに薬事的観点に基づき，新しい医薬品や医療機器を可能な限り早く効率的に患者さんに届けるための臨床開発戦略を立案・管理・実行する。

Required Skills
経験／職歴
臨床開発経験が5年以上、もしくはそれに相当する臨床開発知識
学歴
・医学部、薬学部、看護学部、理学/農学部、もしくは生命科学系の大学学部卒かそれ以上（修士、博士号保持者はなお可）
・医師、獣医師、薬剤師等、生命科学に関連する学位・免許取得者が望ましい
知識
・担当領域における開発経験、もしくはそれに相当する臨床知識及び/又はこれらの知識を習得する能力
・TOEIC 800 点以上、もしくはそれに相当する英語コミュニケーション力
