自社開発のHR管理システム導入プロジェクトを担当し、顧客の人事・給与・勤怠業務のデジタル化を支援するポジションです。提案活動から要件定義、UAT支援、Go-Liveまで一貫して携わり、国内外のチームと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進します。

Description
- HR管理システムの提案・デモンストレーションを実施
- 顧客要件のヒアリングおよびシステム設計支援
- 導入プロジェクトの進捗・品質・UAT管理
- 国内外の関連チームと連携し導入を推進
- オンボーディングからGo-Liveまで顧客をサポート
