【年収600万/ハイブリッド】Supply Planning Specialist（需給予測）

主な業務内容（職務内容）

• 需給予測＆在庫最適化: SKU単位での需要・供給計画の立案、安全在庫の算出、欠品および過剰在庫リスクを低減するための在庫コントロール。

• 資材計画・3PLコ・パッキング管理: プロモーション用ギフトセットやセット商品の加工計画を立案し、必要な包装資材の調達計画と3PL倉庫への発注・スケジュール調整。

• データ分析＆システム運用: ExcelやERPシステム（SAP等）を活用し、ローリングフォーキャストの更新、販売実績分析、およびAPAC地域のサプライチェーンチームとの連携。

Key Responsibilities

• Supply & Inventory Optimization: Develop SKU-level supply/demand forecasts, calculate safety stock levels, and balance inventory to prevent out-of-stock and excess risk.

• 3PL Co-Packing & Material Planning: Plan packaging and material requirements to support local product kitting, promotional gift set assembly, and timely retail distribution.

• Systems & Process Execution: Utilize advanced Excel modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to align rolling forecasts with regional supply teams and local sales targets.

応募要件（求める経験・スキル）

• サプライチェーン計画の実務経験: FMCG、化粧品、消費財、アパレル、または国際輸送業界にて、需給予測、在庫管理、資材計画（MRP）の実務経験3年以上。

• データ分析・システムスキル: Excel（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等）を活用したデータ分析スキル、およびERPシステム（SAP等）の使用経験。

• 語学力: 日本語（ビジネスレベル以上）および 英語（ビジネスレベル：メール・会議での意思疎通が可能なレベル）。

Job Requirements

• Core Planning Experience: 3+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Control, or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, FMCG, Fashion, or Express Logistics.

• Systems & Analytical Competency: Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) and hands-on familiarity with ERP environments (SAP preferred).

• Language Ability: Business-level Japanese and Business-level English (written and spoken for regional stakeholder communication).
