Our client, a prominent group in the hospitality sector, is seeking an experienced Sommelier to join a brand-new French restaurant within a luxury hotel. This role offers the opportunity to deliver an exceptional wine experience and contribute to the development of the restaurant's wine program.
職務内容：
- ワインと料理のペアリングをお客様に提案
- ワインリスト、セラー、在庫の管理
- レストランスタッフへのワイン知識とサービスの研修
- ワインイベント、プロモーション、特別ディナーのサポート
- レストランマネージャーおよび料理チームとの協力
応募資格：
- フレンチレストランまたはラグジュアリーホテルでのソムリエ経験
- フランスワインおよび国際ワインに関する豊富な知識
- ソムリエ資格保有者優遇（必須ではありません）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語
- ワイン在庫管理システムの経験
- スタッフ向けワイントレーニングの実施能力
- ワインイベントの企画・遂行に関する知識
