外資系産業メーカーにて、受発注業務を中心に、顧客対応や営業サポートを担当いただくポジションです。営業、工場、サプライヤー、物流部門と連携しながら、受注から納品までの一連のプロセスを支えていただきます。

- 受注処理およびシステムへの入力
- 工場・サプライヤーへの発注業務
- 納期管理および進捗確認
- 在庫、出荷状況の管理
- 請求処理および売上計上
- 電話・メールでの顧客対応
- 顧客からの問い合わせ対応
- クレーム対応および問題解決
- 営業、物流、サプライヤーとの調整業務
- 顧客満足度向上のための改善活動
