このポジションでは、製品開発チームにおいて製品情報管理、プロジェクト調整、事務サポートを担い、新製品およびパッケージ関連プロジェクトの円滑な推進を支援します。
職務内容
製品開発活動に関する事務およびプロジェクト支援
製品情報、仕様書、データベース、販促資料等の管理・更新
商品登録や製品情報プラットフォームの運用管理
社内の関連部門やサプライヤー、販売代理店、その他外部パートナーとの調整業務
パッケージデザインやラベル校正の進行管理および確認業務
新製品情報や製品更新情報の社内外への展開
レポート、プレゼン資料、仕様書など各種文書作成
その他関連する事務・プロジェクトサポート業務
応募資格
大学卒業以上
事務、プロジェクトコーディネーション、または関連分野で2年以上の経験
Excel上級スキル（Pivot Table、VLOOKUP、XLOOKUP、SUMIFS等）
Word上級スキル
高い正確性と細部への注意力
優れた組織力、優先順位付け能力、およびプロジェクト調整能力
複数案件を同時に管理できる調整能力
歓迎要件
Adobe IllustratorまたはPhotoshopの基礎知識歓迎
日本語スキル歓迎
