このポジションでは、小売向け商品ポートフォリオの拡大を目的として、市場機会の発掘から新商品の企画開発、商業化、上市後のフォローまで一貫して担当し、社内外の関係者と連携しながら事業成長を推進します。
職務内容
消費者動向・市場動向・競合分析による新規事業機会の探索
小売市場向け新商品の企画・コンセプト開発
顧客訪問や商品提案を通じた顧客ニーズの把握
原価計算、価格設定、収益性分析
国内外サプライヤーとの商品開発プロジェクト推進
商品提案資料、サンプル、販売計画の準備
パッケージ、価格、販促、上市戦略の社内調整
商品開発から上市までのプロジェクトマネジメント
国内外出張によるサプライヤー・顧客対応
開発進捗、法規制対応、販売状況の報告
応募資格
小売食品の商品開発、ブランド管理、カテゴリー管理等の経験（5年以上）
商品企画から上市までの実務経験
市場分析および消費者インサイト分析能力
原価計算・価格戦略・利益率分析の経験
小売サプライチェーンや食品安全基準に関する知識
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
高いコミュニケーション能力
学士号以上（食品科学、商品開発、ビジネス、マーケティング等関連分野）
歓迎要件アジア食品または国際食品分野の経験
小売バイヤーへの提案経験
国際調達・物流・輸出入関連知識
新規市場への商品導入実績
ビジネスレベルの日本語
