シンガポールを拠点とする大手国際物流企業にて、International Express Sales Assistant Managerを募集しています。急成長中の国際小口配送事業において、日本を含む海外拠点との連携を通じて、物流ソリューションの企画・提案から案件構築、収支管理までを幅広く担当いただきます。
単なる営業活動に留まらず、顧客の物流課題を解決するためのソリューション提案や業務改善に携わり、事業拡大を推進する重要なポジションです。事業責任者直下の環境で、高い裁量を持ちながらビジネス成長に貢献いただけます。

【仕事内容】
E-commerce事業者および潜在顧客に対する国際小口輸送ソリューションの提案
顧客の物流課題を分析し、最適な物流フローや輸送スキームを設計
獲得案件の立ち上げおよびオペレーション構築支援
現場部門と連携し、輸送・運用上の課題解決を推進
日本およびグループ各法人との調整・交渉
輸送品質や物流スキームに関する改善提案およびプロジェクト推進
担当案件のP&L管理および収益改善活動
API連携やAIツールなどを活用したデジタル物流ソリューションの提案
市場動向や顧客ニーズを分析し、新規ビジネス機会を創出
事業拡大に向けた営業戦略および業務改善活動への参画
【求める要件】
日本語能力試験N2レベル以上、または同等の日本語コミュニケーション能力
（社内でのコミュニケーションのため）
高いPCスキル（Excel、データ分析、Power Query等）
AIツールやデジタル技術を活用した業務改善への関心・経験
課題解決力が高く、自ら解決策を提案・実行できる方
主体性があり、変化の多い環境で柔軟に対応できる方
【その他】
月給：S$4,000～S$6,000（経験・能力に応じて決定）
