Job Description
Document Control: Maintains and controls drawings, product specifications, packing standards, inspection standards/data deviation reports, and FG rejected reports.
Calibration Management: Maintains and controls equipment/gauge calibration and verification according to plan.
Incoming Inspection: Handles and controls incoming inspection, including maintaining and reviewing RM COA.
New Product Preparation: Prepares samples, product specifications, packing standards, and issues/revises inspection standards.
Specification Management: Creates, reviews, and revises RM and product specifications.
Measurement & Reporting: Monitors and reviews measurement results, issues COA or measurement reports to customers.
Laboratory Housekeeping: Ensures QC laboratory and equipment cleanliness and safety.
QA Support: Supports QA manager and QA inspector in fulfilling QA responsibilities.
Experience: 2–3 years in manufacturing environment, including product inspection and testing.
Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements & internal audit.
Food Safety Systems: GMP, HACCP, BRC requirements & internal audit.
