Job Description
Foreign company is looking for Project Manager (for Water and Wastewater treatment system) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.
- Monitor and update weekly/monthly progress (% completed) based on master schedule which prepared by project manager (PM).
- Itenify and control the critical path with PM.
- Check purchasing progress and cost to budget which is prepare by PM
- Track Actual vs. Budget, and analyze cost variance.
- Check Contract term and conditon with Sales, and cooperate with PM to proceed partial handover timely, then inform to Accountant to issue Invoice and ask to Sales to claim partial payment.
- Track claims from subcontractors and additional requirement with PM, then remind sales/PM to get additional cost.
- Track progress from RFQ → Quotation → PO → Fabrication → FAT → Shipment → Delivery.
- Monitor and follow up and track installation quantities vs BOQ to support PM based on.
a) Site work plan including
b) Site report including manpower, equipment mobilization,
c) ITP, punch list, and NCR if any
Bachelor (majoring environment engineer or related majors)
- Over 5 years of experience as project manager or 2 years of experience as project controller in water treatment industry.
- Read and understand P&ID, Layout.
- Able to use AutoCAD software for checking drawing.
- Independent and teamwork capabilities. Experience of team management is preferable.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Highly motivated and possesses a strong desire to achieve company target.
