Job Description
JAC's client, an urban development company is looking for an Architect position.
Location: Thủ Dầu Một, Binh Dương. Shuttle bus from HCMC provided
Support the Design Manager in architectural design and project coordination.
Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and design documents.
Coordinate with Structure, MEP, Landscape, and QS teams to ensure design quality.
Review and develop designs in compliance with standards and regulations.
Perform assigned tasks and follow internal design procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri).
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; high-rise or residential project experience is a plus.
Good knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and consultant coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
English communication skills.
