現在は海外11拠点のグローバルネットワークを展開し、世界各国の顧客をサポート。近年はEV、半導体、高機能電子部品の需要拡大を背景に事業を拡大しており、今年、マレーシア・ペナンにテクノロジーラボを開設しました。
今回のポジションは、マレーシア市場拡大に伴う立ち上げフェーズの採用となります。顧客サポートを担いながら、将来的には事業拡大の中核メンバーとして活躍できる方を募集しています。
職務内容
ディスペンサー装置の設置・立上げ・操作トレーニングの実施
顧客先での定期点検、装置メンテナンス、保守対応
日本本社との技術連携
業務レポートの作成
必要に応じてマレーシア国内、海外への出張（50％程度）
入社後、日本でのトレーニングが1、2か月あります
応募要件
フィールドサービスエンジニアの経験
電気、機械、メカトロニクス等のバックグラウンド
JLPT N3レベル以上（社内コミュニケーション）
英語ビジネスレベル
