Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Immediate attention to attending customer calls /break-down calls.
Training to customers / subordinates
Installation support for new Robotic automation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and performance standards are met.
Provide technical support and guidance to operators and maintenance teams.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities.
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency based on user manual.
Complete Jobs assigned by the company managers
Preparation of reports -MIS
Any other job /responsibility assigned by the company.
