- 各部門のマネージャーおよびリーダーへの人事サポート
- 従業員対応および労務関連相談への対応
- パフォーマンスマネジメント運用支援
- 組織変更や人員計画に関するサポート
- 採用活動およびオンボーディング支援
- グローバルHRチームとの連携
- 各種人事プロジェクトへの参画
- 人事データの分析およびレポート作成
