• エンタープライズ顧客向けにServiceNow HAM ProおよびSAM Proの導入プロジェクトをエンドツーエンドで主導
• プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、予算、リスク、依存関係、および全体的なデリバリーガバナンスを管理
• プロジェクト計画、マイルストーン、リソース割り当て、および導入ロードマップを作成と維持
• ハードウェア資産管理、ソフトウェア資産管理、ライセンス最適化、および資産ライフサイクル管理に関するビジネスワークショップを調整
• プロジェクトの全工程において、顧客の経営陣、IT資産管理者、調達チーム、アーキテクト、技術コンサルタントと連携
• ハードウェアのライフサイクルプロセス、ソフトウェアライセンス管理、資産ガバナンス、およびコンプライアンスの取り組みを確実に実行

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM)? Join a leading global IT consulting firm and lead end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) for enterprise clients across Japan.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee large-scale digital transformation projects, managing scope, budget, delivery, and stakeholder engagement while helping organizations optimize their IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, and enterprise governance. • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro across enterprise clients.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery governance to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, implementation roadmaps, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Facilitate business workshops focused on hardware asset management, software asset management, software license optimization, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, IT asset managers, procurement teams, architects, consultants, and client leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful execution of hardware lifecycle management, software license compliance, IT governance, and asset management best practices.
• Oversee integrations with CMDB, Discovery, Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune, Entra ID, Jamf, SAP, Oracle, procurement systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Monitor project health through executive reporting, KPI tracking, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and governance meetings.
• Manage change requests, project financials, resource utilization, vendor coordination, and delivery performance.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, hypercare support, and project closure activities.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution presentations, project estimation, and delivery planning for HAM/SAM opportunities.
• Mentor junior Project Managers while promoting Agile, Scrum, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

• ハードウェアのライフサイクル管理、ソフトウェアライセンス管理、コンプライアンスを網羅するIT資産管理のトランスフォーメーションプログラムを管理した経験があること。
• 分散型のグローバルデリバリーチーム、外部ベンダー、および顧客側のステークホルダーをマネジメントした経験があること。

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of overall IT industry experience, including 5+ years managing ServiceNow HAM/SAM implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations from planning through hypercare.
• Deep understanding of the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Experience leading enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) transformation initiatives covering hardware lifecycle management, software asset management, licensing compliance, and governance.
• Experience managing globally distributed delivery teams, external vendors, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and resource planning.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage multiple complex enterprise projects simultaneously.
