職務内容
- MES（製造実行システム）の導入または開発経験
- 企業向けシステムの開発経験
- 上記合算で3年以上の実務経験
- ITシステム導入プロジェクトへの参画経験
- プログラミング言語およびデータベースに関する知識
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（海外メンバーとの調整・交渉が可能なレベル）
- 国際プロジェクトへの参画経験
- プロジェクトリード経験
- AIや機械学習を活用した開発経験
- 製造業に関する業務知識
- 会計システムやERPの知識
- 情報処理技術者試験などのIT関連資格
