職務内容：
- 北関東エリアにおけるHR機能のリード
- 労務管理のコンプライアンス確保
- 採用プロセスやオンボーディングの推進
- 従業員エンゲージメント改善戦略の立案と実行
- HRパートナーとしての経営サポート
- HRデータを活用した意思決定の支援
応募資格：
- 製造業での3年以上のHR経験
- 日本の労働法に関する知識
- 労務管理やメンタルヘルスサポートの経験
- データ分析および管理のスキル
- Excelを用いたプロセス改善経験
- 経営陣との強力な関係構築能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（必須ではありません）
- HRBP（ヒューマンリソースビジネスパートナー）経験があれば尚可
