Key Responsibilities:


- Review commercial contracts for wholesale operations
- Manage corporate secretarial duties and governance practices
- Implement and manage the Code of Conduct
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations
- Lead complex contract negotiations with partners
- Ensure compliance with Japanese legal system and regulations
- Advise executive team on legal and compliance matters

Qualifications:


- Certified Lawyer
- Native-level Japanese and English fluency
- 3–5 years of experience in in-house legal department or law firm
- Strong background in Corporate and Corporate Secretarial law
- Deep understanding of Compliance frameworks (Code of Conduct, Privacy Law)
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Experience with Japanese legal system and regulations
- Familiarity with data privacy laws, especially in digital environments
- Experience in competition law and fair trade practices
- Ability to lead complex contract negotiations


- 弁護士資格保有者
- ネイティブレベルの日本語および英語能力
- 企業内法務部門または法律事務所での3～5年の経験
- 企業法および会社秘書法に関する強いバックグラウンド
- コンプライアンスフレームワーク（行動規範、プライバシー法）の深い理解
- 商取引契約の作成およびレビューにおける専門知識
- 日本の法制度および規制に関する経験
- 特にデジタル環境でのデータプライバシー法に精通
- 競争法および公正取引慣行に関する経験
- 複雑な契約交渉をリードする能力
