Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for food and beverage operations
• Drive guest satisfaction through high-quality service
• Develop innovative concepts and revenue initiatives
• Lead and develop food and beverage teams
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Oversee inventory management and procurement
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales for revenue optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• 5–8 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in hotels or resorts
• Proven experience managing restaurants, bars, and banquet operations
• Strong commercial acumen in driving revenue growth and profitability
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Fluency in Japanese and English is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with inventory management and procurement processes
• Ability to execute large-scale events and catering operations
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management

• 在庫管理と調達プロセスの経験
• 大規模なイベントとケータリングオペレーションを実行する能力
• 予算編成、予測、および財務パフォーマンス管理に精通していること
