Job Description

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

We are on a mission to drive and expand their global business and become the world’s most iconic premium lifestyle brand. We are seeking a highly organised, action-oriented HR Workstream Project Lead to deliver the HR workstream for a key transformation project across the EMEA region. Working closely with HR teams and key stakeholders, you will drive the successful delivery of people-related project workstream activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines and business priorities.

 

As the HR Workstream Project Lead, you will provide HR guidance throughout the project lifecycle, supporting organisational change and delivering effective people solutions across multiple EMEA markets. Leveraging your expertise as an HR generalist, you will manage risk, support key decision-making and partner with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes and wider business objectives.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and deliver the HR workstream for a key transformation project across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines and business priorities.

  • Act as the primary HR project workstream lead, partnering with project teams, HR teams and key stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver HR-related project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

  • Support organisational change initiatives including workforce transitions and other change management activities.

  • Assess and manage HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies across multiple EMEA markets.

  • Develop and implement change and communication plans to support employee engagement and positive employee experience during periods of change.

  • Collaborate with project teams and other workstreams to ensure HR activities are integrated into the overall project plan.

  • Monitor project progress, track key HR deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Support consultation processes arising from project implementation.

  • Ensure project-related HR activities are delivered in line with governance requirements and best practice.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Project Lead within a complex, multi-country environment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading HR workstreams for organisational transformation, integration or business change projects.

  • Experience working across multiple EMEA countries with an understanding of cultural and legislative differences.
