▣ Sales Director / 영업총괄 (임원급) (1명)
[업무 내용]
• 글로벌 화장품 브랜드 대상 영업 전략 수립 및 실행
• 해외 신규 고객 발굴 및 비즈니스 확대
• 기존 글로벌 고객사(Key Account) 관리 및 관계 강화
• 매출, 수익성 및 신규 사업 개발 목표 수립 및 관리
• 영업 조직 운영 및 성과 관리
• 영업팀 리딩 및 인재 육성
• 마케팅, R&D, 생산 및 운영 부서와의 협업을 통한 고객 대응
• 해외 전시회 참가 및 글로벌 네트워크 확대
• 매출 Forecast 및 영업 파이프라인 관리
[지원 요건]
• 화장품 OEM/ODM 또는 화장품 제조업 영업 경력 15년 이상
• 해외영업 및 글로벌 고객사 대응 경험 보유자
• 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자
• 조직 관리 및 팀 리딩 경험 보유자
• 신규 고객 발굴 및 사업 개발 경험 보유자
• 국내외 출장에 결격사유가 없는 자
[우대 사항]
• 글로벌 화장품 브랜드 영업 경험 보유자
• OEM/ODM 업계 네트워크 보유자
• 북미, 유럽, 일본 등 글로벌 시장 영업 경험 보유자
• 수출·통관 및 국가별 화장품 규제 관련 이해도 보유자
• 화장품 업계 영업 임원 또는 영업총괄 경험 보유자
