Job Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure the integrity of financial records, balance sheets, and P&L reporting.
Oversee statutory accounting, local GAAP compliance, financial statement preparation, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical accounting guidance, review accounting judgments, reconciliations, and financial adjustments.
Monitor financial risks and communicate key exposures, risks, and opportunities to management.
Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including revenue and sales forecasting to drive business performance and decision-making.
Analyze business performance and provide management reporting, financial insights, and recommendations to support strategic growth initiatives.
Support commercial decision-making through contract reviews, pricing considerations, and financial analysis.
Lead statutory, tax, and group audits, acting as the key contact for auditors and regulatory authorities.
Partner with business leaders to support business performance, growth, working capital management, and cash flow optimization.
Drive working capital reviews and cash collection initiatives to improve liquidity and financial performance.
Lead finance transformation projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and governance enhancements.
Qualifications
Professional accounting qualification (CPA).
Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including experience in a senior Finance Controller role within a multinational organization.
Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, statutory reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience managing statutory audits and regulatory relationships.
Experience working within Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
