Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project). Ensure integration of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Apply CPM and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Cost Control Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenditures, analyze variances, and forecast final costs. Manage commitments, accruals, invoices, and cashflow reporting.
Progress Monitoring Collect and analyze project performance data. Produce variance and trend reports. Align reported costs with physical progress (Value of Work Done).
Risk Management Identify risks, conduct quantitative analysis (Monte Carlo simulations), and implement mitigation strategies. Lead contingency planning for offshore and construction projects.
Contract & Claims Management Interpret EPC/FIDIC contracts, manage change orders, claims, and disputes. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and finance teams. Provide evidence-based reporting to senior management.
Mentoring & Leadership Guide junior engineers, enforce safety (OSHA, HSE), and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields
6-15 years in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, or Cost Control within Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC/EPCI, or large-scale Construction projects.
Experience in Primavera P6/MS Project, project scheduling, progress monitoring, and project reporting.
Knowledge of Cost Control, Budgeting, Forecasting, Risk Management, and EPC Contract/Claims Management.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; certifications such as PMP, AACE, OSHA, or Offshore HSE are an advantage.
Able to work form Monday -Saturday
