Responsibilities 

• Own the quality management system and the gateway process, from incoming inspection through in‑process gates, pressure tests, and final quality assurance to the pre‑client inspection.

• Build quality at every stage, ensuring each stage owns its own output.

• Run non‑conformance analysis, root‑cause analysis, corrective action, traceability, and engineering change control.

• Administer contractor work packages according to their defined scope, standards, and completion criteria.

• Approve conforming work for payment, serving as the contractor quality inspection before any invoice is paid. Payment is executed by an outsourced accounting firm and released by the CEO.

• Drive lean continuous improvement, and coach contractors to raise quality.

• Report quality KPIs and act on the data.

Qualification

• 8 or more years of experience in quality leadership within manufacturing, ideally in the automotive or vehicle industry, under ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.

• A solid background in lean and continuous improvement, including TPS, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and poka‑yoke.

• Experience in running gate or inspection systems, and managing supplier or contractor quality to fixed standards.

• Fluent in English and Thai.

• Ability to travel to Australia for approximately 8 weeks of training at the start of the role, subject to holding a valid passport and obtaining the necessary visa.
