職務内容店舗運営全般の管理
現地スタッフの教育・育成およびマネジメント
現地スタッフへの指示・監督、業務進捗の確認
接客業務および簡単な調理・ドリンク作成
新規メニューの開発
オペレーション改善の提案および実行
サービス品質の維持・向上に向けた管理業務
日常会話レベル以上の英語力
積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方
飲食店または接客業での経験
- スタッフ教育やマネジメントに関心をお持ちの方
海外就業経験をお持ちの方歓迎
