A company in the real estate industry is hiring for an Assistant Manager position within its DX Strategy Department in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on strengthening internal IT infrastructure and supporting business transformation through digital technologies.
Job Description
Support the development and implementation of DX strategy and related initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and manage internal IT infrastructure, including networks and equipment.
Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Plan and support system development initiatives aimed at improving business operations.
Manage system development projects from planning through execution.
Provide technical support and digital technology expertise to internal departments.
Qualifications
University degree with 5+ years of experience in the IT field.
Experience in system planning, requirements definition, system development, and project management.
Hands-on experience in system development, including design, programming, and testing.
Strong Japanese and English communication skills.
Proactive, responsible, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Experience with internal IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, relevant IT certifications, or the real estate sector is an advantage.
