- お客様が目指すビジョンや経営課題の整理
- 現状（As-Is）と目指すべき姿（To-Be）のギャップ明確化とそれを解決するための施策の提
- 全体構想策定（ロードマップ・マイルストーン・成果指標KPIの定義）および業務設計
- RFPの作成・システム開発ベンダーの選定
- 施策を実現できるレベル（業務要件、システム要件定義レベル）への落とし込み
- ロードマップを実現する具体計画の立案、実行体制のデザイン
