We are currently seeking to build a more seamless and flexible framework to respond to data requests from the business side.
By leveraging the new data infrastructure to be built in 2026, we aim to create an environment where business users can easilyaccess and utilize data, thereby expanding our data-driven culture. 業務内容

• ビジネスニーズの要件定義：ビジネス部門の課題をヒアリングし、DWHで解決すべき要件を定義する。
• ロードマップの策定：2026年以降を見据えたデータ基盤構築の優先順位とマイルストーンを策定する。
• データ活用プロセスの設計：データ抽出から分析までのフローを最適化し、リードタイムを短縮する。
• ステークホルダーマネジメント：事業部、エンジニア、データアナリスト間の調整を行い、プロジェクトを円滑に進める。
• データ品質の管理：ビジネスユーザーが信頼して使えるデータの定義と、品質維持の仕組みを構築する。
• 新規ユーザーへの導入推進：未利用のビジネス部門に対し、DWHのメリットを訴求し、利用開始をサポートする。
• ユーザー教育・啓蒙：データ活用を促進するためのワークショップ開催や、マニュアル作成・共有を行う。
• 優先順位付けとバックログ管理：限られたリソースの中で、ビジネスインパクトが最大となる機能開発の優先順位を判断する。
• プロダクトのKPI策定とモニタリング：構築したDWHがどれだけ活用されているかを定量的・定性的に評価する。

• Business Requirement Definition: Interviewing business departments to define requirements that the DWH needs to solve.
• Roadmap Development: Prioritizing and setting milestones for the data infrastructure construction beyond 2026.
• Data Utilization Process Design: Optimizing the flow from data extraction to analysis to reduce lead times.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating between business units, engineers, and data analysts to ensure smooth project progression.
• Data Quality Management: Defining data standards that business users can trust and establishing mechanisms to maintainquality.
• Driving New User Adoption: Proactively reaching out to business departments not yet using the DWH to promote its benefitsand support their onboarding.
• User Education and Advocacy: Conducting workshops and creating/sharing documentation to promote data utilization.
• Prioritization and Backlog Management: Making decisions on feature development priorities with the highest business impact within limited resources.
• Product KPI Definition and Monitoring: Evaluating the utilization of the DWH through quantitative and qualitative metrics.

必須要件

• システム運用の管理経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験3年以上
• ビジネスサイドとの調整・要件定義の経験
• SQLを用いたデータ抽出や分析の基礎知識

• Experience in system operations management
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Experience in requirement definition and coordination with business stakeholders
• Fundamental knowledge of data extraction and analysis using SQL

• Experience in product management for data infrastructure or data platforms
• Experience in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features/backlogs
• Experience in setting KPIs and driving product improvements based on data insights
• Professional expertise in Data Warehousing DWH) architecture and design
• Experience in collaborating closely with engineers and data scientists
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese
• Business-level proficiency in English
