Interpreter / CRM 通訳/CRM - Healthcare 医療

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media
- Provide interpretation services for clinic visitors
- Manage customer relationships for ASEAN and English-speaking clients
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese (N1 level)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Fluent in Indonesian
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience in medical interpretation is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in customer relationship management is preferred but not mandatory
