HR Operations- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate employee benefits, retirement plans, and vendor relationships
- Administer attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Partner with external payroll providers to ensure accurate monthly operations
- Review, update, and enhance HR policies and procedures
- Develop and improve SOPs and HR operational guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labour regulations
- Support employee relations activities and HR governance initiatives
- Drive HR process improvement and operational efficiency
