＜具体的な業務内容＞
物流オペレーションの責任者として、顧客窓口業務から現場運営、人員管理、在庫管理、業務改善まで幅広く担当いただきます。
・顧客の窓口対応
・スタッフの勤怠・シフト・業務管理
・入出庫および在庫管理
・現場巡回、5S活動の推進
・日次・週次レポート作成および報告
・四半期ごとのビジネスレビュー（QBR）の実施
・業務改善プロジェクトの進捗管理（WBS管理）
・運営計画の策定およびオペレーション全体の管理
・安定した現場運営と継続的な業務改善を推進し、顧客満足度向上に貢献していただくポジションです。

Required Skills
■必須条件：
・物流倉庫、サプライチェーン、またはオペレーション管理分野での実務経験3年以上
・チームマネジメント経験（人員管理、業務指示、勤怠管理、評価など）
・在庫管理および入出庫管理に関する知識・経験
・顧客対応および社内外関係者との調整・折衝経験
・KPI管理、業務改善活動の推進経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（会議・メール対応が可能な方）
・基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint）
■歓迎条件
・物流センターや倉庫でのマネジメント経験
・外資系企業での勤務経験
・WMS（倉庫管理システム）の利用経験
