■ADAS（先進運転支援システム）向けセンサー（レーダー、カメラ）及びECU（ADCU）の開発
・要件定義、設計、試作、評価、量産まで、機械設計（ME）開発プロセス全体を管理する
・技術的な事項について、サプライヤーおよび顧客との窓口として対応する
・構造設計、熱設計、筐体設計を含む機械設計成果物に責任を持つ
・技術的リスクを特定し、複雑なエンジニアリング課題の解決を主導する
・製品開発ライフサイクル全体において技術的な意思決定を推進する
・電気、ソフトウェア、生産技術、品質保証などの関連部門と連携し、システムレベルでの統合を実現する

・メーカーでの機械設計及び、製品開発の実務経験5年以上

・3D CADツール（SolidWorks、CATIA、Creoなど）の使用経験
・機械工学の基礎知識を有すること（構造力学、材料工学、熱力学、樹脂成形、プレス加工、めっき、ダイカスト、機械加工 など）
・英語力
