住宅部門にて開発するアセットの用地取得業務（条件に見合った物件情報の取得、取得金額の決定、物件取得）を担当していただきます。分譲マンション、賃貸マンション、戸建、シニア住宅、ホテル、区分所有建物等、幅広い商品を取り扱いますが、ご経験と適性に合わせて配属を検討します。また、用地取得後も計画や商品企画等にも携わり、様々な経験を積んでいくのが当社の開発業務の特徴ですので、将来の幹部候補として、専門領域を高め、マネジメントでの活躍も期待しています。
