総務：オフィス運営、設備・備品、契約書管理、社内規程管理、社内イベント企画
IT窓口：アカウント・機器管理、ローカルITベンダー調整、障害の本社エスカレーション
＜本社連携＞
本社とのコミュニケーション
グローバル施策の日本法人への展開・調整
会議運営、監査対応

Required Skills

（5） 人事経験 5年以上
・人員計画～採用選考の経験は必須
・評価等級や労働問題など、人事上流・労務における非定型業務の経験を歓迎
・一方、採用募集や社会保険・給与計算の経験は外注しているため不問（尚可）
（6） 総務経験、または専門領域外で管理部門の運営に貢献した経験
（7） 外資または多国籍企業での勤務についての理解
（8） 少人数の日本法人での管理部門の業務についての理解
・自ら手を動かすことも多々ある点など
