知財戦略チームのマネージャー（課長）として、事業戦略・技術戦略と連動した知的財産戦略の立案・推進を担っていただきます。
研究開発部門や事業部門と密接に連携し、知財の創出から権利化、活用までをリードし、競争優位性の確立に貢献いただきます。
【具体的な業務】
・知財活用による事業価値向上施策の企画・推進
・知財戦略グループの組織マネジメントおよびメンバー育成
・中長期事業戦略に基づく知財戦略の立案・推進
・国内外における特許出願・権利化および知財ポートフォリオ管理
・新製品開発における知財リスク分析およびクリアランス業務
・他社とのライセンス交渉、共同開発案件における知財対応
・海外拠点や外部特許事務所との連携・マネジメント 等
