課長クラスとして、知的財産、特にライセンス業務の中核を担っていただきます。事業拡大とグローバル展開を加速させるため、戦略的な知的財産管理が不可欠となっています。国内外のライセンス契約書（英文・和文）の作成、社内関係部署との調整、海外企業や海外弁護士との交渉など、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
・課長クラスとして知的財産ライセンス業務を担当
・国内外の特許・技術ライセンス契約の企画・交渉・締結業務
・ライセンス契約書（英文 和文）の作成
・ライセンス契約に関する社内関係部署との調整
・海外企業や海外弁護士とのライセンス交渉
