Finance Managerとして財務戦略の立案・実行から会計・税務・予算管理、FP A、コンプライアンスまで幅広い領域を担当いただきます。
レポートラインは日本法人代表、および本国Financeとなります。
■主な業務内容
・日本法人の経理・財務部門の統括およびチームマネジメント
・月次・年次決算、財務報告、予算策定、フォーキャスト業務のリード
・Country Headおよび経営陣への財務分析・経営インサイトの提供
・P/L、B/S、キャッシュフローの管理、および収益性向上に向けた施策推進
・予実管理、KPI分析、事業パフォーマンス分析を通じた意思決定支援
・税務対応（法人税・消費税・源泉税等）、移転価格対応および外部監査対応
・資金管理、キャッシュフロー計画、銀行・保険会社との折衝
・グループコンプライアンス・データ保護施策および内部通報制度の運営
