- 日本における給与計算業務全般の運営
- 福利厚生制度管理および各種支給・精算対応
- 給与関連税務、勘定照合、レポーティング業務
- 社内関係者対応および外部ベンダーマネジメント
- 業務プロセス改善、文書管理、システム運用支援
- 監査対応、人事ガバナンス強化、法令対応支援
