私たちのクライアントであるグローバルラグジュアリーホテルグループは、関西にあるラグジュアリーウェルネスリトリートのためにバーテンダー / AHODを求めています。ここには5つのレストランとウイスキーをテーマにしたバーがあります。この役割は、受賞歴のあるリードバーテンダーと共に働き、ミクソロジーとソムリエの知識を向上させるユニークな機会を提供します。家族や育児支援を含む強力なグループ福利厚生、そして補助金付きの会社住宅を享受できます。
主な責任:
- バーおよびレストランのゲストのためにカクテルを準備する
- リードバーテンダーの日常業務を支援する
- ゲストへのウェルカムドリンクサービスを提供する
- バーの清潔さと整理を維持する
- ラグジュアリーな環境での高品質なサービスを確保する
- レストランスタッフと協力してカクテルサービスを行う
要件:
- 日本語の流暢さ（必須）
- ミクソロジーとカクテル作成の経験
- ワインの知識とソムリエスキル
- ラグジュアリーホスピタリティ環境での経験
- 英語で効果的にコミュニケーションできる能力が望ましいが必須ではない
- バーまたはレストラン環境での勤務経験
