私たちのクライアントである関西のホスピタリティマネジメント会社は、ラグジュアリーホテルの営業部アシスタントディレクターを募集しています。この役職は、国際的なMICEおよびラグジュアリー・レジャーアカウントを管理し、グローバルコンソーシアムや旅行アドバイザーとの関係を構築するユニークな機会を提供します。2つのホスピタリティグループにまたがる二重の福利厚生を享受し、通年で温泉水を利用した温水屋外プールがあるブティック環境で働くことができます。
主な責任:
- 国際的なMICEおよびラグジュアリー・レジャーアカウントを管理する
- グローバルコンソーシアムや旅行アドバイザーとの関係を構築する
- ロードショーやトレードイベントなどのアウトバウンド営業活動を実行する
- アカウントを転換するためにグローバルセールスネットワークと協力する
- 関西のラグジュアリーホテルの営業戦略を主導する
- 営業チームのパフォーマンスと開発を監督する
要件:
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること（ビジネスレベル、書面および口頭）
- ラグジュアリーホテルの営業管理の経験
- 強力な国際営業の実績
- コンソーシアム、旅行アドバイザー、またはインバウンドツアーオペレーターの経験
- グローバルセールスネットワークやトレードイベントに精通していること
- ホスピタリティ営業で5年以上の経験
- MICEおよびラグジュアリー・レジャーセグメントの知識
