主な責任:
- レストランスタッフと運営の監督
- 食品とサービスの品質基準の維持
- 売上と予算の効果的な管理
- F&Bディレクターおよびヘッドシェフとの協力
- スタッフのシフトスケジュールの作成
- ダイニング体験を向上させるイベントやイニシアチブの提案
要件:
- 日本語と英語の流暢さ（必須）
- 3年以上のレストラン管理経験（必須）
- ホテルマネジメントまたはビジネス管理の学士号
- ミシュラン星付きまたは高級ダイニングでの経験が望ましいが必須ではない
- 売上と予算管理の知識が望ましいが必須ではない
