• クライアントおよび第三者機関のオンボーディング書類の確認・管理、プロセス管理
• クライアントライフサイクル全体のコンプライアンス支援（KYC、CDD、AML、制裁スクリーニングなど）
• オンボーディング中のクライアントとのやりとり（必要情報や書類の収集、オンボーディング状況のアップデートなど）
• オンボーディングに関する課題解決（オペレーション・コンプライアンス・各地域チームとの連携含む）
• 支払処理、資金移動、照合作業、顧客対応などの日常オペレーションのサポート
• クライアント情報の管理、定期レビュー、複数案件の優先順位付けを行い、正確な記録を維持すること

• Manage client and third-party onboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete and meets internal compliance requirements.
• Support Know Your Customer (KYC), Client Due Diligence (CDD), AML, and sanctions screening throughout the client lifecycle.
• Communicate directly with clients to collect required documentation and provide timely onboarding updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and regional teams to resolve onboarding queries efficiently.
• Assist with daily operational activities including payments, reconciliations, fund transfers, and client support.
• Maintain accurate client records, conduct periodic client reviews, and effectively prioritise multiple onboarding requests.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界におけるクライアントオンボーディング、KYC、CDD、AML、金融オペレーションの実務経験2年以上
• クライアントライフサイクル管理や金融機関でのオペレーション経験
• 学士号取得者、または同等の実務経験

• コミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
• 主体的に業務へ取り組み、新しい知識を積極的に学ぶ姿勢
• 複数案件を効率よく管理できる優れた調整能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• CDD、KYC、AML、制裁スクリーニング、クライアントオンボーディングの実務経験
• デジタルアセット、暗号資産（仮想通貨）、ブロックチェーン業界への理解
• 外資系金融機関やグローバル環境での業務経験

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, CDD, AML, or financial operations within the financial services industry.
• Experience supporting client lifecycle management and operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new business areas.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Hands-on experience with Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client onboarding.
• Understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, or blockchain-related financial services.
• Previous experience working in an international financial services environment.
