- 組織設計、要員計画、人材戦略の立案・実行
- 採用活動およびタレントマネジメント施策の推進
- パフォーマンスマネジメント、評価制度運用の支援
- サクセッションプランおよびタレントパイプラインの構築
- 従業員エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行
- 労務対応およびEmployee Relations領域のコンサルティング
- 組織変革プロジェクトおよびチェンジマネジメントの推進
- HRマネジメントチームの一員として戦略立案に参画
