• 金融機関や事業会社の財務状況・信用力（クレジットリスク）を分析・評価
• 投資委員会や社内ステークホルダー向けに、投資判断に関する分析・レポートを作成
• 市場・業界動向に関するリサーチレポートを作成し、期限内に提供
• 財務諸表や各種開示資料、規制当局への提出資料を分析し、企業動向をモニタリング
• 経営層に対して、信用リスクや市場動向に関する戦略的なアドバイスを提供

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 投資分析、クレジットリスク分析、企業調査、金融リサーチのいずれかにおける5年以上の実務経験
• 資本市場（キャピタルマーケット）および金融関連法規に関する深い知識
• 財務諸表、貸借対照表、企業開示資料を高度に分析できるスキル
• CFA（Chartered Financial Analyst）資格保有者は歓迎

• 経営層へのプレゼンテーションや提案ができる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 優れた分析力と論理的思考力
• 高品質なリサーチレポートを作成できる文章力
• 多国籍チームで円滑に協働できるチームワークと柔軟性

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：流暢（Fluent）

• CFAまたは同等の金融関連資格
• 投資銀行、証券会社、格付機関、金融リサーチ会社での実務経験
• クレジット分析、債券市場、マクロ経済分析に関する専門知識

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment analysis, credit risk assessment, corporate research, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial regulations, and corporate governance.
• Advanced ability to interpret financial statements, balance sheets, and corporate disclosures.
• Professional qualifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation are highly desirable.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound commercial judgment.
