Bilingual Project Manager – CAE MBD

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle a team of engineers responsible for CAE & MBD onsite & offshore.
• Build strong relationships with the Team and customers to run the project smoothly. Ensure the deliverables are met as per customer expectation on time.
• Develop culture of continuous improvement focused on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
• Have experience of working in a global team environment and have leadership ability to Lead Remote team members.
• Ensure the workload is managed and distributed evenly across the team.
• Lead, Motivate, and inspire a dynamic team up to 40 people.
• Support the team with customer bookings and enquiries to maintain the excellent customer experience standard we are known for.
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission related objectives and deadlines.
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and overseas team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
• Develop project plans, lead status meetings, and provide ongoing direction to cross-functional team.
• Lead project status update meetings.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team.

• Delivering projects in Global team environment
• Leading remote team members.
• Good knowledge of BIW and Trims
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent from reputed Institution / University

Language Skills

• JLPT N2/N3 Level Communication in preferred
   

Experience Band

• Overall, 10 to 15 years with minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
