Restaurant Manager | Food Service Operations Restaurant Manager/Food Service Operations (Family and Childcare Support)
Our client, a new luxury wellness resort in Japan, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to shape its food and beverage operations from the ground up. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage five different restaurants and implement an integrated medical wellness dining concept. You will enjoy strong group benefits, including family and childcare support and company housing.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading the service across the entire resort's dining facilities.
- Manage a restaurant service team of up to 10 people.
- We offer guests personalized wellness menus.
- Maintaining the standards of fine dining in Japan and France
- Build, guide, and develop service teams.
- Set service standards in cooperation with the director of the food and beverage department.
Requirements:
- A strong professional level of Japanese is required.
- Restaurant manager or strong assistant manager experience
- Experience in fine dining in Japan and France
- Experience in a fine dining or wellness-focused establishment is preferred but not required.
