主な責任:
- ラグジュアリーホスピタリティにおけるフード＆ビバレッジオペレーションの監督
- 日本のホスピタリティ基準の遵守を確保
- フードサービススタッフのスケジュールとトレーニング
- 質の高いフード＆ビバレッジの調達のためのサプライヤーとの調整
- 日本語と英語で国際的なゲストとコミュニケーション
要件:
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（必須）
- フード＆ビバレッジ管理での5年以上の経験
- 日本語と英語のバイリンガルが望ましいが必須ではない
- ラグジュアリーホスピタリティ環境での経験が望ましいが必須ではない
