Our client, a luxury wellness retreat in Hyogo, Kansai, is seeking a Spa and Wellness Manager to lead their wellness operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest wellness journey at a newly opened property, renowned for its Pritzker Prize-winning design and pioneering "mibyo" wellness concept. The role offers a leadership position with the chance to influence and develop the wellness department, supported by an in-house medical clinic.

主な責任:

• ジム、スパ、プール施設全体のウェルネス部門をリードする
• 既存のウェルネスチームを開発し管理する
• 個別の健康プログラムでゲストのウェルネス体験を向上させる
• ウェルネスプログラムのために社内の医療クリニックと協力する
• 富裕層の顧客向けにウェルネス戦略を実施する

要件:

• 日本語の流暢さ（N2レベル）
• ウェルネス、スパ、またはフィットネス管理の経験
• 既存のチームを指導し、発展させる能力
• ラグジュアリーな顧客向けのゲスト重視のアプローチ
• 英語の流暢さが望ましいが必須ではない
• ホスピタリティ管理の経験が望ましいが必須ではない
