世界で初めて指サックを作った企業として、世界中でゴム製品、特に指サックの製 造・販売を手掛けています。
【製品】
指サック：工業用指サック、クリーンルーム用指サック、静電気対策指サック、保護指サック ゴム風船:ゴム風船、ヨーヨー風船
⇒売り上げは指サックがメインです。その中でも精密機器製造で使う工業用指サックの売り上げが大きいです。
【業務内容】
- 品質保証体制の構築／改善
- 不良原因分析および再発防止策の策定
- 顧客クレーム対応（海外顧客含む）
- 品質データの可視化（Excelベース）
- 現場教育（検査員・リーダー層）
- 製造部門との連携による品質改善
【社内環境】
- 日本人は現社長の1名です。
- 社内では、日本語もしくは英語での会話になります。
- 経営層は3名中2名が日本語が話せる方です。
【将来的な役割（2~5年後）】
- 工場全体の管理（製造／品質／人材）
- KPI管理（品質・生産性・コスト）
- 組織マネジメント（現地スタッフ育成）
- 新工場立ち上げ／増設プロジェクトへの参画
- 経営会議への参画（意思決定レベル）
