本ポジションでは、BtoB・BtoC向け決済サービスのプロダクト戦略と技術開発をつなぐ重要な役割を担います。加盟店向けサービスやオンライン決済基盤の企画・改善をリードし、ビジネス、エンジニアリング、セキュリティ、コンプライアンスなど多様なチームと連携しながら、日本全国で利用される大規模決済プラットフォームの進化を推進していただきます。

• 加盟店オンボーディングや加盟店管理、コード決済、オンラインチェックアウトに関するプロダクト要件・技術仕様の策定および機能の優先順位付け
• ソフトウェアエンジニアと連携し、API設計や決済ワークフローを構築しながら、拡張性・安全性の高いプラットフォームを実現
• 法務・コンプライアンス部門および外部ビジネスパートナーと協力し、技術面・規制面双方を考慮したプロダクト開発を推進
• 6〜12か月規模の複数サービスにまたがる開発プロジェクトを、WBSを活用して管理・推進
• 事業開発チームと協働し、加盟店ネットワーク拡大に向けた中長期プロダクトロードマップを策定
• カスタマーサポート（CS）および品質保証（QA）チームと連携し、サービス品質向上、テスト体制の強化、障害対応を推進

As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge business strategy and engineering to deliver seamless B2B and B2C payment experiences. • Define product requirements, technical specifications, and feature priorities for merchant onboarding, management, code payment, and online checkout solutions.
• Partner with software engineers to design scalable APIs and payment workflows while ensuring secure and reliable platform integration.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and external business partners to deliver technically sound and regulatory-compliant payment solutions.
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives spanning 6-12 months using structured project planning and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Work closely with business development teams to define long-term product roadmaps that expand the merchant ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Customer Support (CS) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to improve platform stability, testing, and issue resolution.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Webアプリケーションまたはモバイルアプリにおけるプロダクトマネジメント、またはプロダクトビジョン・ロードマップ策定の実務経験（1年以上）
• エンジニア、外部ベンダー、SIerなど複数の関係者を巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験
• API連携、認証技術、情報セキュリティに関する十分な技術理解
• BtoB SaaS、加盟店サービス、決済サービスなどにおいて、ユーザー拡大や業務改善を推進した実績

• 大規模決済システムや加盟店向けサービスに関する知識・経験
• AI、機械学習（Machine Learning）、LLM（大規模言語モデル）を活用したプロダクト開発経験
• セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、大規模システムアーキテクチャへの理解

• At least 1 year of hands-on product management experience or ownership of product vision and roadmap for web or mobile applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving engineering teams, external vendors, or Systems Integrator (SI) partners.
• Strong technical understanding of API integrations, authentication technologies, and information security concepts.
• Proven success driving user growth, operational improvements, or digital transformation within B2B SaaS, merchant services, or commercial partner businesses.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives.
• Passion for improving merchant experiences and delivering exceptional payment solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Japanese: Native level (CEFR C1 equivalent or above).
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience within payment platforms, fintech, e-commerce, or digital financial services.
• Knowledge of large-scale payment systems and merchant ecosystems.
• Experience working with modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of security, compliance, and large-scale distributed platform architecture.
